ambulatory care的中文翻译有：非卧床护理，流动护理所，日间护理等三种。在英文中的解释三种罗列如下：

类似于国内的门诊，但又不同于门诊，因为ambulatory还包括一些当日治疗和即时手术，总之就是只要病人不住院治疗，其他诊疗、手术、康复等手段都可以算ambulatory care。相当于融合了国内的门诊和少量住院服务的一个概念，大概也是因为国外hospital（住院）非常昂贵，而国内扭曲的医疗服务价格体系使得ambulatory还不如干脆hospital也没关系吧。所以他们在inpatient和outpatient的框架外又发展了ambulatory care的服务，写到这里我想起Grey's anatomy里面Grey她们好像每天基本就从事ambulatory和对hospital的inpatient做手术的活。
